Milwaukee deserves bold, independent, unapologetic theatre—stories that disturb, delight, and dare us to question the world around us. That’s what we have been doing since 2017. And with your help, we’ll keep doing it in bigger, braver ways.
We’ve set a goal: $15,000 by November 1, 2025.
That’s not just a number—it’s what makes it possible for us to pay our artists, secure rehearsal space, build otherworldly sets, and keep our lights on (literally and metaphorically).
Why do we need your help?
Season 8 is underway, and it’s packed with everything you’ve come to expect from The Constructivists:
A world premiere (because Milwaukee deserves to birth new theatre, not just import it).
Our wickedly sharp and always unpredictable holiday spectacle.
A raw, visceral classic staged with the ferocity only we deliver.
But theatre like this doesn’t grow on trees—or under ghost lights. It grows because people like you believe Milwaukee needs art that bites back.
What $15,000 Means
This goal isn’t about scraping by—it’s about moving forward. Hitting $15,000 by November 1st means:
A raise for our artists. Because we’re always doing our best to give our artists more stipend dollars than we have before. Despite all the challenges of raising money in Wisconsin, our supporters have helped us do that time and time again.
Spaces to create. Rehearsals, performances, and the community conversations that follow.
Production costs. From blood packs to Christmas lights to that one perfect sound cue—every detail matters.
Support for our two fall productions. Your donation will go to every inch of BED AND BREAKFAST OF THE DAMNED and A VERY DEADLY CONSTRUCTIVISTS HOLIDAY 2025.
