Nicole is a teaching artist, and fight director originally from the suburbs of Chicago and has been studying the art of staged violence with the Society of American Fight Directors and Dueling Arts International since 2008. Since then, Nicole has made the move to Milwaukee where she has had the great opportunity to work with local theater companies including the Constructivists, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Acacia Theatre Company, Next Act Theatre, Renaissance Entertainment Productions, the Florentine Opera, and the Milwaukee Rep.  Nicole is focused on bringing accessible fight direction development and stage combat training opportunities to the Southeastern WI and Greater MKE area through MKE Fight Family, a community of movement professionals dedicated to collaborative training, mutual support, and accountability for safe and effective theater practices. Special thanks to her husband Ian for his support and stand up dinners.
